Indiana, a specialist in Tex-Mex cuisine, is recruiting a Experienced cook to complete his team. You will have a specific responsibility while having the flexibility to work on different positions.

Responsibilities:

‍

• Preparation of the dishes: Prepare all dishes according to the technical data sheets, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Health and safety: Apply and enforce hygiene and food safety rules in the kitchen.
• Service management: Ensure the smooth running of the service, by working closely with the Chef and the Kitchen Assistant.
• Setting up: Supply the necessary equipment for the service and ensure adequate storage of foodstuffs.
• Receiving deliveries: Perform the quantitative and qualitative verification of deliveries, guaranteeing the quality of the products used.
• Control and organization: Ensure the storage and storage of products and equipment, while enforcing kitchen cleaning procedures.
