Job Description

As an Indiana Rank Chef, you will be responsible for a certain number of tables, which form a rank. You will be under the responsibility of the Assistant Managers, Managers and Managers, who can also supervise and coordinate the action of the Room Clerks positioned at your rank. You will perform room service from preparing the room to welcoming the customer, taking orders, table service, cashing and refurbishing the room as well as maintenance and installations related to catering.

The missions:

  • Setting up tables and setting up service consoles
  • Maintenance of furniture and equipment
  • Reception and support of the customer from arrival to departure
  • Customer advice, order taking and entering the cash register system
  • Table service, cleaning/setting tables and cashing
  • Counting the cash register at the end of each service.
