It was in the mid-1980s that The first Indiana Café opened its doors in Paris, with the desire to discover a universe combining the American atmosphere and French conviviality. A pioneer of Tex-Mex cuisine in the capital, Indiana Café has seduced fans of gourmet burgers, tasty tacos and daring cocktails.

Ouverture du premier Indiana Café à Paris

En 1988, le tout premier Indiana Café ouvre ses portes rue Quentin Bauchart, dans le 8e arrondissement. C’est ici que l’aventure commence, mêlant déjà l’authenticité américaine à la convivialité parisienne.

Nouveau concept Indiana Club

Entre restaurant et billard, le nouveau concept Indiana Club émerge dans le quartier Montparnasse à Paris.
2003

Premier Indiana Cafe en centre commercial

Lancement pour la première fois d’un Indiana Café dans un centre commercial, à Val d’Europe, près de Serris en Seine-et-Marne.
2015

Poursuite du développement en franchise

Avec de nouvelles ouvertures prévues courant 2025 et 2026, Indiana Café poursuit son développement national en franchise et sa conquête de nouveaux territoires.
