Make way for elegance this year with a gourmet event, accessible to all

Faced with the growing enthusiasm for Champagne & Truffle pairings and the search for accessible premium experiences, Indiana Café is offering for the first time a festive activation combining gastronomy, signature cocktails and attractive prices.

A premium and accessible champagne offer

This year, the brand is playing on the Champagne and Truffle association to make the end of year celebrations even more festive, with seasonal recipes from December 1 to 30, 2025. Through this premium positioning, speaking out is diversifying and reaching new customers while continuing to please loyal regulars.

On the program, a selection of drinks created especially to enhance the Champagne Cuvée Brut “Mosaique” Jacquart, the brand's exclusive partner.

The unavoidable Mojito Royal, a cocktail that combines the freshness of mint with the character of Champagne; Marylin's Kiss, a sparkling sweetness with red fruits, magnified by the character of triple sec and the lime twist; the Glass of Champagne offered at the single price of 7€ and The bottle of Champagne at 40€.

The brand's credo this year: Have fun without hurting your wallet.

Three gourmet recipes based on truffles

Make way for the Truffle, which comes in three recipes for the most gourmet.

The experience starts with The Truffle Quesadilla, a modernised Tex-Mex specialty with tartufata and mayonnaise with a pronounced truffle flavor.

The Truffle Burger is making a name for itself on the menu thanks to the association of a melting Monterey cheese with a crunchy rösti, lightened by a touch of greenery and enhanced by the famous truffle mayonnaise.

To finish on the sweet side: Truffle Chocolate, a 100% gourmet dome playing on the textures between crunchy hazelnut-almond praline and chocolate mousse that is as smooth as it is tasty.

An operation available in 25 establishments throughout France

INDIANA was founded in Paris in 1988. Since then, the concept has been developed first by itself, before being opened up to frankness, to expand in the Paris region and at the national level.

For more than 30 years, restaurants have been real places to live, blending American ambiance and culture with Tex-Mex cuisine and the Native American universe. Recipes that come from all over the world, at any time of the day, in a relaxed atmosphere with a strong musical imprint.

The network counts today 26 establishments and is constantly expanding throughout the national territory.
